  • Take initiative to identify and recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced marketing or sales environment, preferably 2 to 5 years of industry experience
  • Maintain a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multi-task, organized and sound time management skills
  • Possess excellent communications skills, written and verbal
  • Exhibit superior knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
  • Demonstrate advanced computer literacy with a focus in office organization, client management, and sales support
  • Build and develop existing skills and industry knowledge, and required licensing, as necessary
  • Experience in the Group Benefits and Retirement industry is considered an asset
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation is considered an asset
