Qualifications

Receptionist – Tatamagouche, NS

Archway Insurance is seeking a new Receptionist for their office in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia. To succeed in this position, you must genuinely enjoy helping and working with people.   • Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls
  • Greet our guests and direct them appropriately
  • Accurate computer work
  • Taking and processing payments (cash, debit and credit card), record and issue receipts
  • Accurate weekly cash deposits
  • Balance cash float weekly
  • Open and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Assist with general office duties as needed such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, mail outs
  • Processing of the following, including but not limited to:
  • Loss Notices
  • Clients reminder and NSF payment notices, including recording in the software system and contacting client for payment
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications
